We absolutely LOVED everything about the cake process with Barnett Sweets. From the at home tasting to the final product. They totally killed it and totally exceeded my expectations. Our vision came to life and were just so pleased with the outcome. All of my guests came up to me and were raving about how yummy the cake was and how beautiful everything was.
For our groom's cake, I was just in shock by how detailed it was. We went for a studio ghibli theme and my husband was in awe of how epic the design was. It was well worth the money for his reaction! we are already talking about how we are wanting to buy cakes for all special occasions in the future from Barnett Sweets!! Thank you guys for making our wedding day all the sweeter!!
Came across Barnett Sweets Co. on a wedding page I was following and I am SO glad I did! The desserts were amazing and a HUGE hit with our guests for our 1/20/24 wedding! My husband and I aren't truly cake people so we were excited to find a place who offered an assortment of sweets in bite sizes. When we did the tasting for 4 people, it felt like for 8 and we had a lot to bring back home to our families to try! They were very cost efficient and even with desserts for about 200 guests AND the delivery fee to Waxachachie, we paid less than $1,000!! I am also happy that they offered to do a 3-tiered cake where the bottom two layers were fake and the top layer was the only layer that was real. Can't wait to order and retry the desserts again since they went so fast!!
Communication was quick and helpful, both online and on the phone. The cake turned out exactly as described and was beautiful and delicious. They were a fantastic vendor to work with for my daughter's wedding!
Our guests absolutely loved the wedding cake! Every last piece was gone, and everyone kept asking where we got it from. It looked exactly how I envisioned it, and they even included our dogs as little figurines taking big bites out of the cake. We loved every bit of it and highly recommend them to everyone!
We would recommend Barnett Suites time and time again for any occasion! The pricing was extremely fair and after our wedding cake tasting I could not WAIT until wedding day to get some more bites. We had 165 people at our wedding and had ordered 450 mini cupcakes along with other desserts and people were grabbing them by the handfuls before our exit. Thankfully our planner also grabbed me and my husband a few to snack on later in the night because they all ended up getting grabbed. We opted for a simple design on a faux cake with two slices in it for the cutting and it worked out perfectly. Highly recommend!
